After being snubbed at the Oscars for his role in ‘Uncut Gems’, it looks like Adam Sandler is back again to prove to the world that he’s not just that ‘SNL’ guy who sings and hits golf balls really far. Over his career, Sandler has had a handful of serious roles, all of which turned out pretty damn good.
His newest looks better. Sandler stars in Netflix’s ‘Hustle’, where he plays a basketball scout who discovers a once-in-a-lifetime player and takes it upon himself to make sure this guy turns into a star. Take a look at the trailer below that was uploaded with the following description,
“After discovering a once-in-a-lifetime player with a rocky past abroad, a down on his luck basketball scout (Adam Sandler) takes it upon himself to bring the phenom to the States without his team’s approval. Against the odds, they have one final shot to prove they have what it takes to make it in the NBA.”
