Real Housewives of New York cast member, Luann de Lesseps has told her fans that she is now taking a break from drinking. On Thursday, she decided that she wanted to go out drinking, after taking a break from it, and she made quite a scene when she was at The Townhouse of New York.
Apparently, she took the microphone in the piano room and started singing to everyone at the bar. Patrons of the bar were incredibly shocked at what she did and they were not expecting this at all.

Luann generally lives a very healthy lifestyle, but it looks as if she has fallen off the wagon. Now it looks as if Luann is ready to use this bar experience and try to stop drinking again and focus more on her health and life. A friend of her’s told the press that “she will be taking steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.” Luann did make a statement about what happened at the bar and she did say that she was “in a celebartory mood and drinking champagne.”

She had just gotten some great news at dinner and really wanted to celebrate it all. She just took it a little too far. She went on to say, “I got up and sand a few Broadway songs they were playing. I realize I was a but tipsy, but we were having fun, and it was getting late. I’d been rehearsing, and I was in the mood to sing a few songs. Then Jim said to me, ‘Lu, I have an early rehearsal.’ and then we left around midnight, 11:30 pm.”
De Lesseps has struggled with her sobriety for years now. Back in 2017, she was actually arrested for battery, trespassing, and disorderly intoxicaion. That is when she decided that she need to go to a rehab center to get her drinking under control.
She went back into rehab a year later, but she did continue to drink. During the pandemic, she stopped drinking again and then she created a non-alcohlic Rose. She has told her fans that she feels that she is in good health and she does slip up with the drinking every once in awhile. This time she is focused on quitting again.
