‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) is finally seeking professional help for everything he’s been dealing with since arriving back in Genoa City. He’s had survivor’s guilt and has been unable to go back to work and form stronger relationships with his wife, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and son, Dominic.
He’s come to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case), but thankfully, he won’t get help from her personally, but instead, she gave him a list of people she recommends. He called immediately and looks like he’ll be sitting down with someone soon.

However, will this be enough to get back on track, and has permanent damage already been done in his relationship? Since he’s been a bit distant, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has definitely stepped up and taken over that role as Dominic’s father.
If Chance sits down and talks this out, he will realize that he’s actually angry with Devon and want to push him away after he gets better? I think that once Chance starts getting in his right mind, he’ll realize he doesn’t want Devon taking such a big part in Dominic’s life and realize that he could have been doing this the whole time.
Hopefully, we will get Chance back, and this character that came back will go away. We understand that he’s been struggling, but the writers have made his character so whiney and mixed with Abby’s character, it’s nauseating.
