‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) & Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) celebrated their one-year anniversary on New Year’s and fans aren’t that impressed. To be honest, I’ve surprised it lasted this long.

The two of them went through a series of issues, namely Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Sharon was sneaking around with Adam and this caused Rey to be understandably jealous, yet for some reason he stood by her and ended up marrying her shortly after.

    “Happy 1 year anniversary to #Shey! ❤️🥂 #YR“

Fans reacted to the anniversary, “Ugh… anyone else surprised this has lasted as long as it has ? #shnick“, “I was really happy to see his character added to the soap. He’s so handsome and loyal to Sharon. He’s really trying to build a life with her. It seems like she’s bored with him.”, “These two don t seem to have any onscreen chemistry anymore.”, “I love these 2 but give them an exciting storyline”, “I think it’s almost time for a switch. Sharon and Nick Newman will wind up together and Rey and Chelsea Newman will be come a couple!! 💕🤗” and “Wow…one year of unhappily ever after already?!?!”

I think it’s clear to say that they’re not the most popular couple on the show and seem very dull. Especially Rey. Sharon is at least nosy and acts like she can cure everyone, but Rey is just a statue at this point. Even when he’s on-screen he just seems like he doesn’t wanna be there.

What do you think? Are you a fan of these two together and did you think they would ever last this long? Let us know in the comments below.
