ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for January 21st reveal it looks like a funeral is on the agenda in Port Charles. Meanwhile, we’ll also see Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) continues to notice something isn’t right. Plus, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) continues to rage against Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) betrayal. Let’s see what’s ahead.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Saying goodbye
So, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) recently died in an accident. So, the town has been dealing with the news, but on Friday, we’ll see them say goodbye. For one, Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) apparently intends to crash something, which we assume is a gathering related to Luke.
Elsewhere, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) tells Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) she’d much rather do “it” with a friend at her side. Sounds like she wants the extra moral support to get through the service and whatever speech she’ll give there.
As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she apparently still somewhat confuses Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), as Alexis will tell her everyone deserves a second chance. So, we guess she still thinks there’s something else behind Alexis letting her off the hook.
As for Ava Jerome (Maura West), she wants Spencer and Nikolas Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez/Marcus Coloma) to put their differences aside for one night. With that tone in her voice, you will—if they’re smart. Because we think she’ll make them sorry they didn’t obey.

In other news, Dante is concerned about Sonny. We assume it’s because of Sonny’s assertion he isn’t wasting any more time. Interestingly enough, teasers say things will escalate there, so could Sonny and Dante come to blows? It’s obvious Sonny isn’t well and laser-focused on doing the opposite of what Carly asked.
So, we can see Dante’s concern setting him off and Sonny throwing the first punch. And Dante, obviously, will have to subdue his father to keep things from getting worse than they already are.

As for Carly, she declares something a deal-breaker for her. She must be talking to Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman), as ‘General Hospital’ spoilers tease the pair has a heart-to-heart Friday. And clearly, the separation from Sonny will be a big topic, which Carly won’t change her position on. And we doubt that will be the case, no matter what Bobbie advises. We just wonder if Carly’s mind will change when she finally realizes just how fast Sonny is deteriorating right now.
