NFL Legend Adrian Peterson Calls Out Refs After Seattle Seahawks Loss – “We Got Robbed”
Peterson didn’t make any excuses but definitely feels like two critical plays changed the course of the game. They were very blatant calls and viewers everywhere called out the officiating, and it may be time for the referees to become accountable for their actions.
This isn’t the first time this has happened, but this season has been incredibly terrible. Games have been swayed by terrible calls and one team goes home with a loss while the refs go home as if nothing happened. Peterson explained this further, citing the “critical moments” of the game,
“We then have a clear missed PI call that ended our opportunity to right the previous wrong of the officials. In critical moments of the game, they were presented with opportunities that we were not due to plays that should’ve been reviewable.“
Fans in the comment section agreed with the veteran’s words and even said the XFL had better officiating in their first season than the NFL has had all 100 years. It’s time, the players are speaking up and it’s time for a change.
