Just when we thought there couldn’t be any new drama in the world of The Bachelorette, the plot has thickened! We first met Jef Holm and Robby Hayes on the show and they had quite the bromance.
Now it seems that their honeymoon is over. Just this week, Jef Holm filed for a temporary restraining order against his bro, Robby! This was filed on August 9 and fans of the two men are shocked and want to know more. What happened with these two? They seemed to be the perfect friends for one another! We have the scoop for you!
‘The Bachelorette’: Jef Feels Unsafe
Once fans started to find out about what was going on with Jef and Robby, Jef knew that he had to make a statement about the charges. In the documents that Jef filed, he mentioned Robby as his “old roommate that used to live with him.”
It seems that their friendship went south rather quickly and Robby did end up moving out of their L.A. house. Jef did tell officers that even though he no longer lives there, Robby would just show up about once a week! He also said that Robby would become very hostile with him when he asked him to leave.
Jef told his fans, “I do not feel safe around him. He threatens me and still hasn’t stopped to this day. He claims he has belongings there and that’s why he enters but he is not on the lease and is making me fearful.”
Then Jef told fans about an incident that happened last month with Robby. “I was alone in my home when he entered abruptly and aggressively. He started threatening me and I felt very unsafe.”
With all of this talk, many sources have tried to contact Robby, but he has yet to comment on the restraining order and his friendship with Jef. Jef made a statement, “In regards to the Robby situation, it’s definitely been an unfortunate turn of events. I’m still processing all of it to be honest. The simple version is I invited Robby into my house that I was renting in Venice, which I am now in the process of purchasing. I allowed him to live there rent free for years as a friend. When the living situation became hostile, I asked him to leave and he refused. It went on like this for months, eventually, I had to take legal action.”
