It was only a matter of time before someone was going to point this out. Even though she’s not the one writing it (or even ghostwriting it for that matter), many people are blaming Meghan Markle for Prince Harry’s yet-to-be titled memoir.
There are some critics out there that believe it might be the Duchess of Sussex who could be secretly pushing her husband behind closed doors to cash in on a book about his life as a member of the royal family. Here’s what you need to know.
While there’s no doubt that the royal family is “all shook up” about the book and what Prince Harry might or might not say about it, some people think this has Meghan’s fingerprints all on it.
Meghan Markle is Being Blamed For Prince Harry’s Memoir
In a statement Harry said: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become” – but one royal insider responded tartly: “A book by Harry, as written by Meghan.” Of course, it didn’t take long for the internet to weigh in on the matter.
Many people said, “Someone said it perfectly on TikTok. The goal is to constantly villainize Meghan and paint Harry as a victim, in the hopes that he’ll leave his wife and when he runs back to the Windsors he’ll be as unscathed as possible. He can go right back to being the punching bag spare,” along with, “Meghan is not writing Harry’s book; she’s busy writing her own. Her memoir is obviously next.”
Another critic wrote, “Meghan has been sooo low key over the past year, barely making her presence known, and yet she gets dragged backwards through the BRF shrubbery on a near daily basis. They wanted her to disappear, to not exist, and she’s almost accomplished that (as far as her relationship with them is concerned), and yet their obsession with her is incessant.”
