‘90 Day Fiancé’ star, Nicole Nafziger was a polarizing character from the start, but her mom, Robbalee was pretty much universally loved for how she cared for Nicole’s young daughter May, tried her best to tolerate Nicole’s hairbrained ideas and cautiously welcomed Nicole’s then-fiancé, Azan Tefou into the family.
Nicole’s father, Tyler wasn’t around much, until Nicole needed a sponsor for Azan, a Moroccan national, to come into the US on a K-1 visa, as Nicole did not earn enough money at her part time job at Starbucks.

At the time, Nicole was thrilled her father agreed to be the co-sponsor of Azan’s application, but the application, like Nicole and Azan’s relationship didn’t go the distance.
Now we know Tyler’s signature didn’t hold much weight because Tyler is a felon- many times over!
Over the past two years alone, Tyler has been arrested ten times. Robbalee has also confirmed to law enforcement that Tyler has not been in touch with Nicole or her siblings and, to her knowledge, he no longer has a phone for his kids to reach him. Tyler is also alleged to be currently homeless.
The 10 arrests seem to mainly theft or drug possession, with an arrest in November of 2020 resulting in 157 days behind bars and fined almost $1400. Tyler admitted to and was charged with stealing more than $750 in products from a CVS.
Apparently, his prison sentence didn’t scare him straight. Only six months later- in April of this year, Tyler was arrested again—this time for a series of thefts at various home improvement/ hardware stores. He was charged with grand theft as the accumulation of his sticky finger grabbing was thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise.
Tyler’s arrest was also a probation violation which was from a prior drug possession arrest.
Tyler’s grand theft conviction came just last month. He has to pay around $1,250 in fines and has began his 90 days behind bars.
We’re hoping this doesn’t give TLC any other 90 Day ideas!
