Kaitlyn Bristowe may be in the midst of planning a wedding but the 35 year old reality star and entrepreneur has babies on the brain.
Catching up with Bachelor alums Becca Kufrin and Catherine Giudici Lowe on their podcast, Bachelor Happy Hour, Kaitlyn joked that she “won’t be surprised if she’s pregnant for the wedding.”

Kaitlyn became engaged to fiancé Jason Tartick only 3 weeks ago and she says she doesn’t necessarily want to be pregnant, waddling down the aisle “but that’s how anxious I am!”
While speaking with Becca and Catherine, Kaitlyn gushed about Catherine’s parenting style and what an influence that will be on her own…when the time comes.
Catherine met and married Sean Lowe on the seventeenth season of the Bachelor. The couple share three children— sons Samuel, 4, and Isaiah, 3, and daughter Mia, 17 months.
Kaitlyn also claims that she originally only thought about having one child, but said to Catherine, “the way you guys parent and your cute freaking kids, you’ve inspired me to go for three!”
The Canadian who now lives in Nashville added she’ll be happy with any number of children and cites her friends struggles with getting pregnant as striking fear within her, hoping she will be blessed with kids at all.
“I turn 36 next month, and I do have my eggs frozen,” she revealed. “I have met my person, we are getting married, and so I do feel like that next step, quickly after, is going to be having a family.”
Kaitlyn also dished to Becca and Catherine about the wedding planning. With no set date, the couple hope to marry in 2022 in a Great Gatsby-like black-tie event.
Kaitlyn described her ideas as “very glam, which is so opposite of what I thought I’d want,” she explained. “Four years ago I would have been like, I want bohemian. I want farm-style. I just keep changing my mind.”
There also disagreements between Kaitlyn and Jason when it comes to the size of the event. “Jason wants it to be big. I want it to be more intimate.”
Looks like the two will have to start working on those compromising skills!
