Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 teaser came out and has fans everywhere clamoring about the new season! It’s been a while since we last saw our favorite kids battle against the evils of the upside-down and hanging out in 80s’ style malls.

One fan had the theory that all these children turned into mind players and Eleven was the special case! “All of those kids transformed into what we now know as the Mind Flayer. BET.” they wrote, and most other viewers agreed, writing, “I know this sounds horrible, but I kind of hope so, with Brenner telling all these kids what to do, it could be more chaotic than the mind flayer.”, “That is a scary thought”, “I think maybe they will bring all these kids together and then there will be a final fight between The Mind Flayer and all these Kids in the Upside Down. But I don’t think that will happen in this season.” and “Honestly it sounded like those kids were like….. possessed or something”.
Do you think the rest of the children became the creatures we know from the upside-down? That could definitely be an interesting way to explain where they came from and would further explain what makes Eleven so special!
