David Harbour, AKA, Sheriff Hopper, from Stranger Things, went on instagram live in full costume from the set of the hit Netflix show, he was teasing fans saying that he was going to go into full season four spoilers (which everyone is dying for), at one point he even teased that he was going to read straight from the script.
That’s when co-star and on-screen daughter decided to hop onto IG Live as well to urge Harbour to “Go back to work!” telling him he was going to get a call from Netflix if he wasn’t careful.

Harbour wasn’t quite done yet though, he teased Millie, saying that he was going to reveal what happened to Eleven in Season Four and that he was going to read her lines directly from the script.
Thankfully, this was all done in good fun and everyone was laughing (even Millie) but Harbour did post on his IG stories later, “Please don’t tell netflix!” but he also tagged them, so who’s telling who, buddy?
We can tell from his costume that things aren’t going to be going swimmingly for Hopper this season (Although, since when do things ever go well for that man? Seriously.), he is in his blue gulag-issue coveralls and with a shaved head.
We can also see a scar on the side of his head (ah, the joys of theater makeup!) so we’re wondering what sort of injury that Hopper has incurred. It’s not a bad one, but it looks like one of those things that would have definitely hurt at the time.
The last time we saw him, we all thought he was dead, but nope, as it turns out he’s just been sucked into a Russian Gulag via the upside down. As far as we know, they’re still in our realm and not in the actual upside down, but it looks like Russia has found a way past that and into Hawkins Indiana. We’re kind of hoping for a better explanation than that, but it’s unlikely we’ll get one.
Although, and I’ve said this since S3 came out, Hopper left a clue in his last letter to Eleven, and that was “leave the door open for me” and to me that’s all I need to know to tell me that he’s coming back. I know as a Joyce/Hopper shipper, I will be rejoicing when that reunion comes – we all will. Stay tuned!!!
