On 90 Day: The Single Life, Danielle Jbali is trying to find love once again. It has been tough for her because she has been hurt so many times. Now that she is back in the dating pool, she is ready to explore what’s out there and try to find the right man for her.
She has started to date a new man named Robert and they are getting pretty close to one another. Now is the time that she needs to tell him all about her past relationships and she is a little nervous about opening up more to him.
90 Day: The Single Life: Danielle Bares All
Danielle knows that she has to tell Robert about her past and she isn’t sure how he will react. She tells cameras, “It makes me more nervous that I don’t know how he’s going to react, but I need to get it off my chest so he can better understand my insecurities.”
Then she tells Robert, “You’re the first guy that I’m telling this to. My ex-husband, he had said that no man would ever want to sleep with me because he was accusing me of smelling and stuff like that. And I’ve just now started facing that, because in order to get back out there into the dating world, I have to let my guard down and let someone in.”
It was tough for Danielle to get this out, but Robert then replied with, “I understand, because I’ve had some of the same issues. My ex-wife was kind of the same way. I’ve always been told, ‘You weren’t good enough’ or ‘You’re too big’ or ‘You’re too that.’ But, you try to get past it. I have pretty bad self-esteem issues myself. You just always wonder if you are good enough. It hurts, like you said, it’s a big thing being told that by someone that you’re in love with, or you were in love with. So, I understand.”
Danielle and Robert really seem to like each other and definitely enjoy the other’s company. She tells him, “I’ve always had self-esteem issues, because I’ve always been on the heavier side. And sometimes I feel like that I’m not good enough.”
Robert shares his self-esteem issues with her and we can really see that they could make a great couple. They are open and honest with one another and it does seem that things could be blossoming for these two.
