TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that in the world of reality television, there are many moving parts. There are cast members, social media fans, YouTubers, bloggers, and social media investigators. One social media investigator and gossip columnist has had some drama with some of the cast members of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé. His name is John Yates and he has an extremely successful Instagram account where he finds all the 90 Day Fiancé drama. Recently, he had a little bit of drama with 90 Day Fiancé alum, Danielle Jbali. He was interviewed on Sharrell’s World and he opened up about what happened and what was said.

Sharrell introduced John Yates and how his has been in the game of reality television for years. She points out that she was on Instagram and saw some controversy going on, so she inquired about what is going on. John started to explain it, “Controversy seems to flood me. I’m guessing what you saw was the whole back and forth going on was between Danielle Jbali and myself. I’ve known Danielle for at least four years now. I started talking to her when I first started doing this 90 Day Fiancé stuff, back when she was on Happily. Me and her had a friendship and I would say like the last year, it’s been rocky between Danielle and I. Me and her got into a big fight last year about someone she was supporting that I didn’t agree she should be supporting and she just did the same thing and everything kind of blew up since then.”

Then Sharrell asked John if he could take her through the whole ordeal and if it was about him posting things or what. He explained to her, “Ok, so…there’s this new…there’s like a lot of new players in the 90 Day Fiance world. There’s this new guy, Rocco Straz, who is repping some of the less than stellar 90 Day Fiance cast members. Somehow now he’s blogging about them and he does Lives with them. He wears many hats at this point. When I first understood who he was, he was a booking agent that if you wanted to book say, Tom Brooks for an event, you would go to Rocco and book him. He’s kinda like turned himself into something like now he’s blogging about the show and nobody knew who this guy was. I’ve been in the game for a long time and it’s rare that you have someone that no one knows. A lot of people are like ‘who the hell is this guy?'”
John continued chatting about Danielle and Rocco. “So Danielle had just done a Live with him. Against a lot of people’s advice, she carried on with it. The whole thing kind of blew up from there because I was saying… this is very convoluted.. this goes back to last year. I had a problem with Ricky, who was a cast member, which we’re fine with now. I said that… lots of bad things were being said between me and him. Danielle knew the truth, but she never defended me. Like Danielle is the type of person who if you give her like an ounce of attention, she forgets all the people that got her there.” He then asks Sharrell to ask him another question and that is when she brings up his posts on Instagram.
“Rocco has been doing his damndest to talk crap about me every chance he gets, whether it’s on a Live with another cast member or a Live with another blogger, a dumb post and he’s been doing this for weeks and I had just found his police reports and it seems that Rocco was involved in a lot of felonies…Cocaine selling, burglaries.. Do these people even know what they’re getting in bed with. Once I posted his arrest records, Danielle….and I tagged the cast members who was doing Live with him or signing with him…I said ‘Do you guys know what you’re doing?’ Nobody knows this guy from a hole in the wall. He’s in everyone’s face. And Danielle came at me with ‘everyone has a past…’ I get that everyone has a past..it wasn’t like he was caught shoplifting from Macy’s twenty years ago. These are like quasi-current charges and this is what she is supporting. She went on further to say that she had never seen him bashing me. Danielle wants to play both sides of the coin. She’s not on social media because her life is so busy, but at the same time she knows everything that’s going on. That’s how this whole Danielle situation kind of happened.”
John said that he really wanted the cast members to know who they were dealing with since Rocco pretty much came out of nowhere. The Sharrell asked him why would Danielle get upset when he exposed the truth about Rocco. “I don’t understand it either. I’m a gossip page and others post stuff way worse than me. When I write about it, I get ‘oh how could you expose this person? How dare you!’ Danielle was specifically upset about it because she had just done a Live with him. Many people told her not to do it with him because a certain cast member, who I won’t name, who recently was released from the show had done a lot of stuff with this guy. It was part of her demise.”
The conversation goes very deep and we hear a lot more about how John and Danielle did get into an ugly fight, but they did make up and apologize to one another. It seems like it took him digging about Rocco and exposing him for what he has done.
