If you’ve been following the #FreeBritney saga you will recognize the name Lou Taylor. It’s the name of a woman who Britney Spears had previously claimed to be a stalker, who had sent things to her house when she said she didn’t know her and had never met her before in her life.
But slowly, over the years, Lou Taylor became a much more prominent figure in Britney’s life and business affairs. In fact, she has actually been promoted to Britney’s business manager.
Say what?
How do you go from being someone’s feared stalker to their business manager and spokesperson? In all the years that Britney has been under a conservatorship, it seems like Lou Taylor has been involved somehow.
It started off with her sending things to her house, one of Britney’s claims was that she sent her a pink hat, but that she had never met this Lou Taylor before and that she was frightened because the packages were scaring her and her baby.
(This was a long time ago, before the conservatorship actually took place.) It was not long after these claims took place that Britney was put under her seemingly never ending conservatorship.
This wasn’ t the first time that Lou Taylor has been involved in something like this, before Britney there was an attempt to get Lindsay Lohan put under the same kind of conservatorship and give control of all of her assets to her parents, but what Taylor eventually found out was that Lindsay basically had nothing to her name.
Also, her parents seemed to out their foot down with Taylor and said that they did not want this kind of existence for their daughter, especially her Dad, Michael Lohan. Dina was almost suckered in by this woman but in the end backed off.
However Britney was not so lucky.
Some other information that was interesting about Taylor is that she is from Britney’s home state of Tennessee. She and her husband run a ministry there called Mercy Multiplied Ministries, where it seems that they claim to help former sex workers get out of the industry.
(Is this what Project Rose is about?) However, there are other claims popping up out there that say that this operation is heavily involved in “conversion therapy” and that a lot of former sex workers have been traumatized by their time with the organization.
The theory is here, is maybe Britney was telling the truth and she didn’t actually know Lou Taylor, however there is one person, one person who holds all the cards who has been oddly silent this entire time, and that is Daddy Jamie Spears.
Sure he will come forward and say things like the #FreeBritney movement is ludicrous but he won’t actually do anything to prove that. If he truly wanted to prove that the movement was ludicrous then Britney should be able to drive her own car and live by herself, especially after all these years. But he won’t do that.
Speculation says that the whole conservatorship was a deal that was cooked up between Taylor and Dad Jamie, maybe he is the connection that Taylor has to Britney and the reason why she is still under conservatorship. But why would Taylor even care if Britney, who is not her own family member, or familially connected to her in any way, was still under conservatorship and unable to access her own funds?
Look no further than Mercy Multiplied Ministries. Any donations that they get are tax exempt, because that’s what happens when you have a faith-based organization.
Jamie Spears is currently overseeing her money, along with Bessemer Trust, and its a strange thing that Britney has made over $300 million over the course of her career but her team can only account for $50M of it. So where did the rest go? Let’s see those charitable donations, shall we?
Before you go thinking that Lou Taylor couldn’t possibly be a shiester because she’s technically a preacher’s wife, please go and rethink that.
Not everyone that declares themselves a profit of The Most High is indeed called by Him, perhaps Jamie was in a vulnerable spot in the beginning and originally did this out of concern for his daughter, or maybe he’s just an alcoholic narcississt who wants control, either way there is a deeper reason that he wants to hold onto Britney’s money and I would suggest looking no further than Lou Taylor herself.
