Even though ‘General Hospital’ alum Bryan Craig (ex-Morgan Corinthos) has made it no secret that he would love to go jump back to work in the daytime television industry, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon.
As a matter of fact, it’s been rather quiet for the actor after he took to his Twitter account last week to publicly announce that he’s ready to go back to his soap roots. Here’s what you need to know.

Before leaving ‘General Hospital’, Bryan had hoped to break in to the primetime television world and for a moment did find success with the ABC show Grand Hotel. Unfortunately, it was canceled after just one season.
With no work and no projects in the pipeline, Bryan wrote on his Twitter account, “I’m ready to work and up for grabs so who’s it going to be?” and tagged all four of the major daytime network soaps, including ‘General Hospital’, ‘The Young and the Restless’, ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’, and ‘Days of Our Lives’.
Unfortunately for Bryan, it’s been quiet – and maybe even a little too quiet. However, a lot of fans were rather split about his desire to return to soaps. Some comments on his Twitter account from viewers included, “No offense to you, you are a great actor, but the character of Morgan Corinthos needs to stay dead. There is just too many unnecessary characters on that show right now. I’d love it if you showed up on ‘Days of Our Lives’ though.”
Another fan wrote, “Whatever you do or where you go, you will be great. Eventually someone is going to call you. Keep the faith. Loved you on Grand Hotel and of course, I loved you even more on ‘General Hospital’.”
