TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers indicate Darcey Silva’s yoga routine! On Darcey and Stacey, Darcey, Mike, her daughters Aniko and Aspen, Stacey and her boyfriend Florian, decided to do some wholesome family bonding and do a group yoga thing with Aniko as the instructor.
Interesting way of bonding, but hey, different strokes for different folks. They decided to do this because since everyone was social distancing, there really wasn’t much to do and it’s not like they could just show up at a Yoga studio to do their thing. So they let Aniko take the lead.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Darcey and Stacey – Darcey’s workout routine
Darcey started things off right by loudly meowing like a cat when Aniko instructed that they arch their backs like cats. Both daughters cringed at their Mom and asked her what on earth she was doing. Like any good, fun Mom, Darcey just laughed and kept right on with her antics, making her duaghters both cringe and giggle at the same time.
She continued with her impression of a dog upon ‘downward dog’. This was a new experience for Florian, saying that in Albania, no one does ‘family yoga’ and he’s never done a yoga class. That being said, I think he did okay for his first try. Hey, we all have to start somewhere.
Darcey let us in on an interesting struggle that she had though, apparently one of the exercises had them in a downward dog putting their knees toward their nose, but apparently when one has implants, that move is really difficult.
Although, it could be argued that Stacey had no problem and she has implants as well, but hey… everyone is at a different level of flexibility, no one is alike. That’s when they went into a handstand challenge, and it would be easy to say that Darcey won.
This was Aniko’s first yoga flow that she put together (I didn’t know that’s what they were called) and aside from the handstand twist that Darcey did at the end it looked simple enough for a beginner.
However, Darcey is worried about her boyfriend Georgi because while she gets to quarantine with her family, he doesn’t get to quarantine with his. Currently at the time of this airing, he was in DC by himself and Darcey wanted to find a way to be together with him and include him on things.
Which is really sweet but… germs, so many germs. MIke didn’t seem to know who Georgi was, and said that he didn’t know anything about him. Darcey tried to stick up for her new boytoy by saying that he definitely wasn’t Tom or Jesse (thank God), but Dad said that Darcey has a tendency to throw caution to the wind. So will Darcey get to bring Georgi up for a visit… during quarantine? Stay tuned!!!
