TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Family Chantel’ Spoilers brought us The Family Chantel back in July 2019 after Chantel Jimeno and Pedro Jimeno make quite the stir on the show. We first saw them in 2016 when they were telling us all about their relationship. Chantel wanted to learn some Spanish and was introduced to Pedro by a friend of theirs. “I was interested in learning Spanish and I had a friend introduce me to Pedro. He’s from the Dominican Republic. The idea was for me to learn Spanish and for Pedro to learn English. But when I first saw him online, I was attracted to him right away.” The couple fell in love and as they say, the rest is history. Fans adore them and are curious why we haven’t heard about a second season of their show yet. Has it been cancelled?

We saw Pedro and Chantel on 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined and they were working on making their relationship even stronger. “Just spending quality time together has been great for us, in the midst of everything, it’s done a lot for our relationship. We have deeper conversations with one another now.”
Many Reddit users have been curious if the show would come back. One posted, “No one wants that show back!” Another wrote, “I am not sure it should come back. S1 had them fighting over the same ol drama…they tried to add some stuff about her sister and her bf but that even felt forced and stretched out. Granted. Chantel and her mom had some great lines in the main show but I don’t think there was ever enough there for a whole reality show. One fight over turkey dinner, does not a whole show make.”
Fans that like the show posted, “Late to the Party but I love this show. I know that’s not the popular opinion but it reminds me so much of early Kardashians and it’s amazing. I hope there’s a second season.” As of right now, we haven’t heard a final answer about a second season, but we will keep you posted when we do.
