ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that star Kin Shriner is making it no secret that he is none too pleased over the fact that he is not getting much airtime as his character Scott Baldwin these days. In fact, he’d downright embarrassed about it. Here’s what he has to say.
Kin took to this Twitter account to air out his grievances over the fact that his character is not seeing as much screen time as he once did before. The veteran actor wrote to his fans, “I have a couple of shows @GeneralHospital coming up but embarrassed to continue to promote a character I have played for over 42 years is now a day player. Thank u for your support over the years!”

Needless to say, it didn’t take very long for Kin’s Twitter followers to respond with words of support. Quite a few of them left comments such as, “Don’t be embarrassed. You are an icon that everyone loves and many people tune in to see their favorites. Always looked forward to seeing Scott on ‘General Hospital’ and I still do,” along with, “The writers have a missed opportunity with Scott and Bobby and Franco. I have loved seeing you on the screen all these years. Tell them to wake up!”
Another fan wrote, “This is so upsetting. No reason for Scotty to not be front and center in a story. So many connections and history to pull from! But unfortunately the show seems to only focus on three characters to the detriment of the canvas and fabric of the show. Thanks for your candor.”
With that said, many fans are still hoping that they will see more of Kin in the future. Of course, when it comes to the daytime television world, even fans know that anything can happen. Needless to say, ‘General Hospital’ fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
