EastEnders Spoilers tell us it is set to be an emotional couple of days in Walford for Jean Slater, as her oncology appointment is finally upon her. She has endured a testing couple of months, but she couldn’t avoid knowing the extent after Daniel Cook pushed her into attending the test.
He told her that he couldn’t die not knowing whether she was going to be okay, and since he has a matter of months to live, she knew that she had to bite the bullet and find out the extent. Jean has been distracted by Daniel’s illness recently, but her health issues will become the big issue in EastEnders over the closing episodes this week.

In the upcoming episodes, she will go to the hospital to find out the results to her test. She will take Mo Harris for emotional support during what could potentially be a heartbreaking discovery. However, she didn’t need to worry, as Jean is given the all-clear.
Fans will be over the moon that the cancer hasn’t spread, but Jean will be against telling Daniel the news as she doesn’t want him to die. Mo eventually let slip that Jean got the all-clear and that will lead to emotional scenes as Daniel and Jean enjoy each others company while they are sitting in the park. There won’t be a dry eye in the house.
