General Hospital spoilers reveal Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has a great set up. He’s got Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) full support, and runs a publication. This dream life of his, however, is built on shaky ground. With each passing week, Peter puts himself further into the point of no return. The latest might spell the end. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers: The procedure
First off, the procedure Frankendrew (Roger Howarth) agreed to threatens his new life. The odds say Drew Cainn’s (Billy Miller) consciousness is more likely to stay than not. Including getting stronger. This is bad news for Peter, as “Drew” with even clearer memories can bust Peter. He did, after all, see him in Afghanistan. But there’s a bigger issue.
General Hospital spoilers: Busted?
Anna has been steadfast in her support, even with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) constantly in her ear. He says Peter can’t be trusted. Given Anna later walks in on Peter right after he ordered a hit, this might make her think. She’ll be curious what he was talking about, and if Peter can’t provide a logical answer, Robert’s warnings might finally get to her. This will be especially true if the hit is successful. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) dying along with Frankendrew will not be ignored, especially after the previous attempt on Andre and Drew’s crash. How long can he keep the farce up? He just keeps digging deeper and deeper.
General Hospital spoilers: Undoing?
Of course, we think Peter is going to be his own worst enemy. For a bad guy, he’s horribly high strung. Kind of reminds us of Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). He gets flustered easy when being questioned, and he’s always making weird phone calls. His almost obsessive interest in the Frankendrew case will be another thing to come back to haunt him if those two die. Not to mention, his admission of guilt for getting the whole thing rolling with his past actions. All of this is enough to turn Peter into his own worst enemy.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Robert will be ruthless in any investigation that will result if a successful attack happens. You know he will zero in on Peter first, and check others later. Especially if he gets wind of those previous slips of Peter’s. And let’s not forget Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) is still theoretically on the case. Any hints of Peter’s involvement, and he’ll be sure to sing like a canary about everything he heard.
