Weeks ago, Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw) gathered some Emmerdale residents together to take part in the Christmas pantomime he had planned, and fans at home have watched how the amateur actors took the stage to practice for the Pantomime,with Leyla and Liam playing the lead roles.

Sad about letting the child go back to Australia and dealing with the situation alone, or tying the know with Lian after planning the wedding of their dreams for months, she decided to go and stay with her daughter for a few weeks, promising to come back soon. But little does Liam know that Bernice had no plans of returning to go ahead with the wedding anytime soon. Now that Bernice is no longer in the picture, Leyla has let the viewers know that she has feelings for Liam, and she used the Pantomime as an opportunity to get closer to her love interest by taking the lead female role. In a bid to get people to attend the opening night, Liam and Leyla were given to task of getting support from the village. Their director, Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker), told them to do so immediately after rehearsals. Leyla sported a milk maid costume, and stunned fans quickly took to Twitter to talk about it. A fan said: “Leyla still looks good in that costume #Emmerdale #Leyla.” Another wowed fan added : “Leyla looks very cute in her milk maid outfit #Emmerdale.” “Helllooooo Leyla… that outfit #emmerdale,” another viewer else commented. And one said: “Leyla makes a great milk maid #Emmerdale @emmerdale.” Also, a lot of viewers were quick to point out how fast Leyla has developed feelings for Liam and acted upon it, considering the fact that Bernice only recently left.
As for Emmerdale spoilers, it looks like Leyla will get her heart broken. Still expecting Bernice to come back from the other side of the world and marry him, Liam doesn’t seem to notice how Leyla feels about him. That means that of she ups her game and show him she wants him, it is very likely that Liam will reject her.
