‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Ashton (Amanda Setton) has returned to Port Charles. For some of us, this was the first time meeting this character. In the Monday, November 18th episode, she makes quite the entrance. But what’s her reason for being here? Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: History
It seems that Brook Lyn has a crazy history. Besides a family feud that culminated in a massive misunderstanding, she’s also been involved in some shady dealings. Specifically, as a hired seductress. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal that Brook Lyn was hired by Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to seduce Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) away from Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). Brook Lyn even resorted to drugging him when she realized this was a lost cause. She was right. Seems that Lulu figured out he wasn’t to blame for the position she found them in and forgave him. Mission (not) accomplished. But it didn’t keep this girl down.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Interesting connection
The one part of Brook Lyn’s history we found the most fascinating was that she’s connected to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Way back when, she landed back on her feet by becoming Nikolas’ escort to different events. This business arrangement didn’t stay that way long. General Hospital spoilers prove that the two soon become a couple. While their romance didn’t last, it didn’t end on a bad note. On the contrary. The character’s backstory indicates he asked her to take a singing opportunity. By all accounts they were friends still. But did this last?
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Big entrance
This character is proving to be a handful already. When we see her today, she’s demanding drinks from Julian Jerome (William deVry). Given he has his own problems right now, namely Bradley Cooper (Parry Shen) exposing his blackmail scheme to Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes), his minds not on his work. He isn’t exactly rushing to her service, which Brook takes exception to. So much so, that when Julian clears Charlie’s Place, she refuses to leave. The pair have an awesome exchange where she calls his bluff. He can’t make her leave without calling the cops, and she suspects that just “giving me the damn drink” will be easier than calling someone to remove her. She’s actually curious what his problem is. We love the attitude.
Of course, she seems to have problems of her own. She’s arguing with someone on the phone today. The question is who. Given she’s returns so soon after Nikolas’ Halloween return, we won’t be surprised if there’s a connection. But has this amicable parting turned into a slightly contentious business relationship? We’ll have to wait and see.
