Adamant on getting things done the way she sees best fit, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) tries to convince Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) that his son Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) belongs with her. After all, the little boy is the only reason why Hope agreed to marrying Thomas in the first place. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is hoping that Steffy Forreser (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) forgives her brother, while also promising Douglas that he will stay with his father. ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Wednesday, October 23: Hope Exposed As Selfish & Irrational, Ridge & Steffy Bond With Thomas As Forresters Prepare For War Agains Logans For Douglas!
Hope has a vision for her future and apparently everyone’s else’s, too. Even though she would rather keep her distance from Thomas, she manages to convince him that the best thing for his son Douglas is to stay with her and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). She doesn’t even put into consideration that Douglas’ closest living relative to his father is his aunt, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), who has plenty of room in her empty beach house right now. Nope, Hope wants all of the kids to herself.

Elsewhere, Ridge tries to make amends with his adult children, although it won’t be very easy. He also tries to talk to Steffy Forrester with the hopes that she will forgive Thomas Forrester for everything that he has done these last few weeks. After all, they are one big happy family, if not a dysfunctional family, right? While he’s at it, Ridge also promises Douglas that no one is going to take him away and that he will stay with his father, Thomas. Of course, Ridge has no idea that Hope is concoting a plan for the little boy on her own!
