Sharing a photo of her and her adorable furry family members, Rena Sofer captioned the post with, “Sometimes I have terrible anxiety. I know it’s such a problem in this world. I don’t suffer from it but I definitely feel it pretty badly at times. I know animals are not for everyone but for me, when I get to do this… it melts all my anxiety away. Needless to say, it didn’t take very long for Rena’s fans to respond to her post. Many of them wrote comments such as, “I just had an emotional breakdown and my dog was there and didn’t leave my side so he’s more than earned his place in my life forever,” along with, “I get anxiety BAD-like BAD BAD, my pets help me so much just their company is enough but cuddles cuddles are healing.”
Another fan wrote, “They are madly adorable!!! I am not #drugfree. I went on anxiety meds in 2014 after a falling out with my oldest daughter, and then subsequently my mother. I am still on them even though the gas lighting, and mental games have become better.”

Clearly a lot of people can relate to Rena and her struggles! It’s not like we needed another reason to love our furry family members, but we got one anyway. They truly are man (and woman’s) best friend! Certainly there aren’t many people out there that would argue that!
