In case you missed the Days of Our Lives spoilers, catch up on highlights in your Days of Our Lives recap.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Cinners Rejoice, Ben and Ciara Get Passionate as Cin Reunites – Marlena Rises From the Grave To Put and End To Diana’s Witchy Ways

We start things off with a replay of Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) giving up on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), then see John Black (Drake Hogestyn) holding Marlena and begging her to come back to him. If she doesn’t, he wants her to take him with her. At that moment, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) sees Marlena has a pulse again. John is beyond happy, and we’re wondering why on earth they’re not jumping in to examine her further right off, but we’ll forget it for now. While Sarah goes to tell the others the good news, Kayla stops short of putting the IV bag back on, telling John and Marlena that she’ll get it later. She ends up coming across Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), who is still trying to find any evidence as to where Kristin DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) got to. She tells him that she found evidence of Marlena’s IV being tampered with.

    Double scheming?

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) runs into Diana in town while she’s picking up food for John. Leo stops her, and the two proceed to get into it. He wants her to spare him the act, because he knows she’d love to have Marlena out of the way. She, of course, tries to play innocent, but no one knows a con like a con. He once again confronts her about the lie regarding his real father, then accuses Diana of making it all about her when confirms how the tests say John’s his dad and John seems happy about it. She tries to make a quick escape to see him, but Leo invites himself along for the ride. He was, after all, about to go check on his dad—and his dad’s wife. Epic baiting. Score 1 for Leo…

Diana’s excitement only lasts so long. When they get to the hospital and hear how Marlena is okay, Diana learns from John that the IV bag is in the cops’ hands. Oops. Maybe you should have used some of the gloves that are probably all over that room, huh? We’re not sure whether to be glad she’s almost busted, or sad that we might not get any epic Mother/Son fights soon.

Speaking of Leo, he has something else on his agenda for the day. When he and mom arrived, they ended up running into Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), who turned down the food Diana brought, saying he knows what his dad likes to eat and he’s going to go get some now. He invites Leo to come, claiming they can use the time to try and work some stuff out. Leo agrees and later mentions the whole idea of working at Titan while they wait for John’s food. Brady isn’t ready to go that far yet. He excuses himself when a call comes in, and Leo is all ears. He takes note of a deal that Titan’s about to cut that will be a game-changer. One that DiMera can’t know about. Leo leaves, ready to share the info with Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher), but little does he know that Brady was setting a trap. Brady calls Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) to thank her for the warning.

    Cinner’s have hope

Ciara arrived at the DiMera place, ready to give Ben an earful about working there again. He informs her that his job there is to save a woman—Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin)—not hurt one. He says he made it clear to Stefan he wouldn’t take any further assignments like the Gabi one. She now has hope (and so do we), but Ben? Not so much. He still thinks it’s best they keep their distance, and says it’s actually not a bad influence on him to be around Stefan, because they deal with similar demons. Ciara once more pleads her case—she’s damaged, too, and has hardly had a ‘normal’ life. She thinks they’re good for each other and eventually convinces him to give things a try. She says they can take it slow, just like in the beginning. They end up kissing, and we wonder how long it’s going to take before something drives a wedge between them again. After all, Salem doesn’t really forgive and forget easy… even when their own sins are thrown back in their faces.

    Taking the high road

Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is praying in the chapel for Marlena and swearing he’ll never get between a brother and his woman again, he just wants Marlena to be okay. Sarah arrives to let him know what had happened earlier, and Eric is obviously relieved (and determined to keep his word). Sarah, not knowing the deal he’d made, decides that now is the time to confess all. Eric turns her down, and says that Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) will make her happy. Sarah seems disappointed, but seems like she’ll respect Eric’s decision. Rex, who had earlier been warned by Brady to keep an eye on things, is a little suspicious when he walks in and sees Sarah seems a little off. She explains it away as being tired. It’s been one of those days, after all, what with Marlena dying and magically coming back to life again.
