Youtube Tana Mongeau’s Fans Are Not Digging the David Dobrik Ripoff Act!

Tana Mongeau has recently started a new vlogging style that no one at all is actually feeling. She has decided to start a vlogging style that’s very similar to David Dobrik’s, even using his intro song, and making short form vlogs that just.. don’t make any sense!

Back in the day, when Tana was Tana and not some weird chick who’s life had been taken over by an ‘accountability coach’ (is that even a real thing? Please, someone tell me if that’s an actual job title.), back when she was relatable to people, Tana had these really cool, long-form, storytime vlogs.

But now she’s thrown all of that away in favor of this shorter form style that’s filled with jump-cuts and doesn’t reflect the Tana that we’ve come to know and love at all. Also, her friend group has expanded and changed immensely, and we’re not actually sure who half these people are anymore.

We knew Amari and Jasmine, but they seem to have been replaced by Jake Paul and… who are these people again? A team of nobodies, at least to me, or maybe they’re more popular on tiktok than on youtube, either way, no one seems to know or care much for them.

What amazes me about this, is Tana now hangs out more with Jake Paul than she ever did when she was married to him. Like, when they were married they were barely on-screen together and now that they’re not married anymore (not that they ever truly were, nothing was ever legal they just had a wedding ceremony), he seems to show up in her videos every few vlogs which makes absolutely no sense to anyone who’s ever had an ex before.

The question is, who’s behind this change in her vlogs? Is it Jake’s idea? Did she consult with David Dobrik before ripping him off? (And is he okay with it, has anyone asked him?) Did Jordan tell her to stop being herself so that she could get more brand deals? (Not that she ever really listened to Jordan before, but you never know what went down when the cameras weren’t around.)

Or is Tana just so angry and so mad at her fanbase for calling her out that she refuses to give up any more of the Tana that we originally saw and fell in love with? The latter seems like a possibility to me. Stay tuned!!!
