Seeming masses of fresh faces and old friends have been exchanged last year, making viewers wonder if that trend will continue. All the while, legacy characters who’ve never left the show are working through unique storylines.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: The J.T. Dilemma, Victor Reconciling With His Son, Phlick and More
Among many options, let’s start with Nikki. Of course, anyone with a soul wants to see her recover. As far as the coverup crew, it would be great if J.T. were alive, as that would remove Nikki’s burden of murder and most of the fallout that followed.
Let’s have Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) accept Dark Horse, while also forming some type of reconcile with his son.
As far as Nick (Joshua Morrow), he and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) are back together. Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) are repairing their marriage. Should both couples persist?
Vickie (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) might be moving toward another reunion. Would ‘Villy’ last if renewed?
As for the businesses, each merely serves as a plot vehicle to showcase characters. Let’s stay focused on them.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: The Rosales Crew Take Over
Arturo (Jason Canela) and Abby (Melissa Ordway), along with Lola (Sasha Calle) and Kyle (Michael Mealor), and Jack (Peter Bergman) with Kerry (Alice Hunter) nicely match new characters with tenured personas. Each pairing works and might endure through 2019, depending upon a variety of storyline factors.
There are plenty of other alter ego’s stories that could be mentioned. Consider Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), Devon (Bryton James), Ana (Loren Lott), Fen (Zach Tinker), Nate (Brooks Darnell), ‘Lane’s’ painful separation, the return of ‘Likey’, Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu) and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson), and don’t forget Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) as well.
Oh, and how about if people like Adam (with a long-rumored recast), Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), Paul (Doug Davidson), and some other familiar faces are able to return sometime after Saint Nicholas arrives?
