‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that in a teaser for next week we see Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) opening a letter that describes Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) suing them for Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) entire estate.
Theo got pulled over the other week at her will reading, when everyone else got art collections and homes in France, Theo got a letter and a fountain pen. Ouch. While it’s understandable for Theo to be upset, does he really need to try to take the entire estate, and worse yet, does he have a case?
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Theo To Sue For Dina’s Entire Estate – Does He Have A Case?
I’m no lawyer, and I have no idea what’s going to happen, but I do know that being a son of the first born to Dina must mean something, right? Theo’s father was Dina’s first child, and it was even admitted to in the letter left for him.
The second thing is, Dina was not in the right state of mind since Theo met her, and there is a strong case that had Dina been in better health, she would have changed her will around. With Johnson apparently leaving the show, I don’t have a ton of faith in him that he’ll win, then again, maybe he does win the estate and takes the money and runs.
