‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that there are online reports circulating that seem to suggest that actress Mishael Morgan is returning to ‘Young and the Restless’ to reprise her role as Hilary Curtis. But as many fans know, Hilary tragically died in a car crash while she was pregnant last year. Lily Hamilton Ashby (Christell Khalil) ended up serving time behind bars for the fatal crash. But could it be that Hilary is actually alive and well? Or will Mishael be playing a new role on the hit CBS soap? Here’s what you need to know.

According to Soap Opera News, there’s speculation that Mishael will be returning to the canvas sooner rather than later. There’s also talk that she might sign on a three-year contract, too. The last that fans saw Hilary was back in 2018. After a five-year run on the show, she decided to cut ties with the soap after contract negotiations fell thru.

But now there’s speculation that Mishael might be coming back and that she will be signing on for a three year contract, much to the delight of her fans. Should she come back, there’s always the possibility that she might come in ghost-like or flashback form. After all, her ex Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) just can’t seem to get her out of his head! So it would make sense that Hilary would return to give Bryton even more to think about, despite the fact that he is trying to move on in his life.
