‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers indicate that you must see this throwback pictures of Jason Thompson. Apparently, The Young and the Restless star has done his fair share of television work before making his transition to the soap world. The handsome actor, who is best known for his role as Billy Abbott in Genoa City, actually got his television start on MTV, just like so many other actors out there. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Jason Thompson Shares Must-See One-Of-a-Kind Throwback Pic
An eagle-eyed fan noticed that it was Jason Thompson’s photo in a still from the MTV show that TV Guide shared on their Twitter page. The pic was captioned with, “MTV’s Undressed was basically sex ed for 90’s kids.”
Jason confirmed that the photo is indeed of him during his MTV days. He replied with, “Yup.. that’s me. The good old days. Waking up handcuffed to the bed frame after a night out.@MTV#Undressed.”
A lot of his The Young and the Restless fans were quite surprised to hear that he used to star on the MTV primetime show. Many of his fans even wrote, “Love it! I’ve been meaning to check out your other work. I became a fan when you became Billy. I’ll have to look for this,” along with, “Omg! I used to love that show, had no idea I’d seen you on there!”
If that weren’t enough, fellow actress Kristen Alderson also replied with, “You were on undressed?! My older cousins would watch it, I would sneak to watch some of it with them. It was so cool!”

Jason added that he did a handful of episodes and that working on the set of the show was a lot of fun. We’ve got to say, Jason hasn’t changed one bit in the last twenty years!
