Tristen Nash, the son of WWE Hall of Famer and podcaster Kevin Nash, tragically passed away this week, it was revealed on Thursday. Tristen had just begun working with his father’s podcast. He was just 26 years old. The cause of death has not been made public.
The terrible news was confirmed in a statement released by Sean Ross Sapp on behalf of Tristen’s parents, Kevin and Tamara, who also asked for privacy during this trying time.
“On behalf of Kevin and Tamara Nash, I have to unfortunately report that their son Tristen Nash has tragically passed away at the age of 26. Tristen recently started working on Kevin’s new podcast and the two enjoyed their time together. The Nash family asks if you could please respect their privacy during this time.”

Fans of the wrestling legend sent their condolences saying, “Awful news. My condolences go out to the Nash family. Kevin always spoke so highly of him.”, “Incredibly sad. Wishing nothing but the best for the Nash family.”, “Oh dear God. Absolutely tragic. Praying for both of them. I cannot imagine losing a child. My heart is absolutely shattered for them.”, “This is tragic. Sending love to the family and all who are mourning this loss.”, “Man, that’s awful. Thoughts with the Nash family.” and “Terrible news. So sad. RIP Tristen Nash.”
Seven months have passed since Kevin’s loss of Scott Hall, one of his closest friends in the wrestling business, who passed away at the age of 63 earlier this year. Scott’s 64th birthday actually would have been today.
We wish the Nash‘s the best during this difficult time and we will all be thinking about them.
