‘Welcome to Plathville’ spoilers reveal that TLC has put up the video profiles of all the plath family, you can watch them all on the app. We’ve met Ma and Pa Plath (Kim and Barry), Ethan and Olivia, and the older siblings, Micah, Moriah, and Lydia, now it’s time to meet the little Plaths.

They’re all being introduced together seeing as they’re so young, last season didn’t really focus on them all that much and them being children, you can see why. They’re kids and they need the chance to be kids. Fortunately for them, that’s how their parents believe in raising them so I have no doubt they’ll get to live their childhood to the fullest.

‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers: Introducing- The Little Plaths, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, and Mercy

Isaac is the oldest boy at home now, he’s 14. Much to the chagrin of Amber, who is 11, and doesn’t think that she should be called a little girl anymore. Next, we have Cassia who is 9, and Mercy, the absolute youngest Plath, who is 7.

Mercy and Cassia are at the age where they are blissful little girls and the only thing that are concerned about is playing with their kitten, who’s a beautiful black persian it would seem. They haven’t mentioned a name but it’s a beautiful cat. We know the Plaths have pets, multiple ones, but they don’t really get names, so I wonder what they are?

Last year it was stated that Amber was extremely good at Math, and recently she’s started doing handstands, in fact she did half her interview in a handstand. She also said that she has started cooking and that Lydia took the credit for that but that it wasn’t true and she didn’t teach her how to cook after all. Wonder who did, then? They didn’t say.

Little Cassia likes to play the mandolin and we get to see a brief glimpse of her playing the mandolin, she seems to be pretty good at it too, but that’s no surprise considering Kim’s own background in music. Mercy can play the harp but she doesn’t like it because her arms aren’t long enough and it hurts her fingers, and apparently Amber attempts to play piano but says she is ‘the worst at it’.

Isaac, who for some reason reminds me of Barry a great deal, plays the guitar. He says when Amber plays violin he runs outside to see if the cat’s dying, I’m guessing the violin isn’t really one of Amber’s strong-suits either. Hey, that’s alright, we can’t all be good at music.

Little Mercy wants to learn how to ride horses but Isaac says that the two horses that they have are ‘barn sour’ which means that they don’t like being taken out of their pasture and ridden, Isaac says that he wouldn’t recommend Mercy learning on either one of them. Unlike some brothers, at least he’s looking out for Mercy’s safety.

You can see a little bit of Kim in Amber when she says that she likes to solve things, in regards to her favorite subject being Math. Kim said basically the same thing in her interviews in regards to managing the family, so I guess its to be expected that one of the daughters would take after her in that regard.

Cassia says that her favorite school subject is walking bunnies, to which Amber responds that that’s not a school subject. Cassia has the cutest little bunny that she walks on a leash! Mercy’s favorite ‘subject’ is playing in the playhouse – but that seems like a fan favorite among a lot of kids.

They’ve even named their dolls, and those dolls are very well worn and played with. They have missing limbs any everything, no doubt from several generations of play.

AS for heir future, Isaac says that someday after he finishes school, he wanjts to become a pilot He even has a flight simulator that he put together himself. Cassia says that she will only fly with him ‘once he’s good at it’ which is a smart move.

Mercy says that when she gets older she wants to be a waitress, but Amber was silent about what she wanted to be when she grew up. I guess when you don’t know, you don’t know, and right now, they have time to change their minds. That’s the beauty of childhood, after all, stay tuned!!!
