At first glance, no, because as far as we know, Aaron Carter and Takeoff didn’t really run in the same circles. But right before his passing, Aaron Carter did an IG live, where he was talking about the death of Takeoff.
In it he posed the question, “How come when I mentioned Takeoff getting killed, don’t nobody say nothing?” this was followed up by a bunch haters that jumped all over him from previous claims from an ex-girlfriend whom he referred to as Melanie.
Was there any connection between the death of Aaron Carter and the death of the rapper Takeoff?
In the live, he talked about how he had bought Melanie a ring worth $18K but she had hawked it for a ring that was only work $3K. Someone in the live suggested that maybe Melanie had to pawn the ring to pay her credit card bills, but Carter shut that down saying that they were all in his name and that he paid them every month.
The haters were really relentless in this live, he would shut them down and finally someone told him, “You’re killing your own life.” and he asked, “What do you mean, I’m kiling my life?” Carter interpreted that as someone saying that he had a bad life, but he was quick to tell them that his life was actually pretty good.
According to a few in the live, Carter had had struggles with sobriety before, but now he was completely sober, though not everyone believed him and thought he had some paraphanalia on his dresser behind him.
He proceeded to get him and grab two things off his dresser, one was a bag of sugar free werther’s originals and the other looked to be some kind of cookies. He then told the person in the live, “Yeah, I’m driving under the influence of candy.” at least you could say he went out with a good sense of humor about things.
However it’s a bit concerning that one of his last online interactions was so heated, and you do have to wonder, since he mentioned the untimely death of Takeoff, who was actually watching this live?
So far there hasn’t been any claims of foul play involved, but… when an argument is one of the last interactions one has on this earth, the mind wanders, and wonders, if there was any connection? Stay tuned!!!
