‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers it looks like we’re in for a fun start to a new week, and the show is looking forward to what’s going to happen.
This looks like it’s going to be an episode of doubts and setbacks as the consequences begin to mount and people’s courage is tested.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has expressed his certainty at beating the set up he’s facing, but even with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) at his side, his luck will run out.
Not that we didn’t expect this, but we think it could be a while to some resolution to this storyline happens and justice is done. Maybe another two to three weeks at least?
Having been abandoned by Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will return the favor by warning Summer Newman (Hunter King) to watch her back where Sally’s concerned.
Ouch. While this is going to be an entertaining feud between Sally and Summer, ‘Young and the Restless’ aren’t happy with how pathetic they’ve made Theo.
He sounds more like a spoiled kid crying his balloon was popped.
Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has seen his love life improve with the partial addition of Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), his professional outlook may not be so good.
Thanks to the nerve damage he suffered, his surgical career will be in jeopardy and he may not react too well to the news.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For December 14: Nate’s future
Nate’s facing a nightmare of losing the ability to do what he loves, and it’s going to be heartbreaking. It would be for anyone dealing with the same problem and we feel for him.
For obvious reasons, we don’t expect him to take it well, but we don’t think he’ll lash out. Instead, ‘Young and the Restless’ thinks he’s going to go down a rabbit hole of depression and possible addiction.
It’s a trope we’ve seen a million times in TV shows in general, but it’s also something people deal with regularly so it’d make sense for us to see it as it’ll give fans dealing with their own demons a chance.
Often times, just knowing someone’s going through something similar or seeing it played out helps.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For December 14: Watch out for Sally
Theo doesn’t take losing or being abandoned well, and he’s intent on making Sally feel his suffering.
So, he’ll do what he does best and lash out, albeit in a more subtle fashion that usual.
In this case, he’s going to tell Summer to watch her back when it comes to Sally, and we expect the warning will justify Summer’s somewhat shaky feelings about Sally.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For December 14: Bad luck
A lifetime gambler, Billy’s often played the odds like he did on his Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) expose. That time he came out a winner, but when it comes to the shooting his luck will run out.
This doesn’t mean he’ll give up because he won’t; he’s a fighter.
But we think things will get worse before they get better, and this could take a couple of weeks the way the show’s dragging their feet.
Still, we’re looking forward to the eventual conclusion.
