As the case between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians continued, more and more witnesses were called to testify. The most recent witness was Rob Kardashian, who Chyna had a relationship with. The couple was engaged and have a child together.
They made a show and Chyna is suing him and his family for making sure the show got canceled. She is claiming that she lost out on millions of dollars and celebrity appearances because the show was canceled.
Rob’s Testimony
Rob is now claiming that he was beaten by Chyna with a metal rod and she pulled a gun on him when they had a fight in 2016. He told the court that their relationship was always violent, even from day one. He said that she beat him multiple times and would always threaten to kill him. He told the court about one night in 2016 when they were just playing around and joking on social media.

They posted some videos of them kissing and laughing. Then Rob began to wave money around and throw it at Chyna. In the video, she looked very happy to have all this money around. After this happened, apparently, a switch flipped in her and she started to get violent with him.
He told the court, “She landed several blows to my face, my back. She ripped my shirt early in the evening and we were throwing money around on our Snapchat. In the beginning, I thought it was playful. I didn’t think it got serious until the second gun encounter… you don’t point a gun on your fiancé’s head whether you think it’s loaded or not.
She landed several blows on my body (with the metal rod)… but not everyone is going to bruise just because someone hit you. It didn’t leave a mark when I had a gun to my temple. The cord around my neck, I’m sure that left a mark, but no, I didn’t need a band-aid.”
Rob went on to say, “everything I testified to happened. She was on cocaine and alcohol. She has a history of doing this. Just because I didn’t have marks doesn’t mean it’s not true. Stop putting that out there! It’s not fair.” Chyna said that his claims are not true and the gun wasn’t even loaded. She said, “I would never shoot Rob or anyone at that. I was just joking.”
We will continue to follow this case and see if Chyna does get the $40 million that she is suing for.
