Blac Chyna is suing Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner (Khloe was originally part of the lawsuit but she got dismissed), on the first day of the court case which began April 25th, 2022, Blac Chyna’s lawyer got Kylie Jenner on the stand and grilled her about the fight that Blac Chyna (AKA: Angela White) had with then boyfriend Rob Kardashian.
Kylie detailed a pretty wild fight that involved Rob being strangled with an iPhone cord and said that at one time Blac Chyna had ‘physically threatened’ her. The lawyer even went as far as to ask her about her relationship with Chyna’s ex, Tyga. Apparently, Kylie Jenner was only 18 when that relationship began. (Wow, Kylie Jenner was 18 in 2016… that wasn’t that long ago.)

Today was when Kim Kardashian took the stand and the lawyer confronted her about text messages she had allegedly sent to the E! Producers, it originally looked like Kim was saying that Blac Chyna couldn’t film for her show (which is the reason why she is suing, she seems to think that the Kardashian family got her show cancelled in 2016) and the texts do make that argument look pretty damning, but Kim alleges that she uses voice-to-text and that the phone misquoting her, she said that Blac Chyna couldn’t film for “our” show and her phone misquoted it saying “her”.
She also said that at one point, Blac Chyna was just showing up to film and refused to see Rob otherwise which was upsetting for him. She said that she had to listen to him cry all day about it.
There was also a testimony by Kim saying that that one point during the fight Rob got beaten with a metal rod and that was part of the reason why she didn’t want to film with Blac Chyna.
One of the former E! Network execs, Jeff Olde, said that he had gotten some email communication from the family about Chyna, but that that did not reflect in his decision not to give “Rob & Chyna” a second season at all.
Blac Chyna has asked the judge to redo her testimony because she accuses the Kardashian’s lawyer of psychologically attacking her by posting the pictures that Rob previously released of her on the internet, but that caused the Kardashians to put in to have the entire case dismissed.
