Univision Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate the parade of sketchy men continues. The thing is, though, the men are not the main problem in some cases. Women are being almost as much of a problem. Let’s take a look at what went down and how Ariadna López Hernández (Claudia Álvarez) took a stand.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Cross to bear

First, Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate Carmen Medina (Erika Buenfil) didn’t take well to her husband’s bad behavior. After Heriberto Cruz Núñez (Roberto Blandón) hit her, she realized enough was enough. It was bad enough to take his videos coming out, but this was too much. She wants to separate, but apparently, she needs to pick better friends.

When talking about what happened and her desire to remove herself from the situation, her “friend” advised her against it. Apparently, putting up with some bad behavior from one’s man is a woman’s cross to bear. And it’s important to save the marriage, regardless of what he’s done. We can’t. But we are glad that Carmen doesn’t seem on board with getting counseling.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Be a man

Elsewhere, it seems Fabiola Mascaró (África Ivonne Lechuga Zavala) isn’t doing much better. We get she’s a woman in a company that is apparently mostly men and an industry that’s the same. However, it doesn’t seem Fabiola wants to do much to improve anything but her own ambitions. She’s posting social media messages about how women must strip away their femininity and be like men to survive in business. Ariadna wasn’t impressed when she came to interview Fabiola.

She pointed out the messages and how they’re sort of problematic, as they’re telling women to abandon everything feminine about themselves and be cold. Plus, Ariadna pointed out that, with the exception of Fabiola, there are no women in any meaningful positions at her family’s company. Fabiola tried to pull a save, but Ariadna saw through her and realized Fabiola has no interest in helping any other women get ahead. Just herself.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Sexism all around

Finally, we see more trash behavior. Mariluz Blanco’s (Arantza Ruiz) father not only threw her out of the house over those pictures she took with her boyfriend, he didn’t seem too bothered the boyfriend betrayed her like that. It was almost a “guys do what guys do” moment, and we think Mariluz will be way better off when she inevitably connects with the other ladies.

As for Renata Sánchez Vidal (Angelique Boyer), she tried to get a job. Unfortunately, that video is hurting her chances. In fact, one man interviewing her actually accused her of lying about her accomplishments. In fact, he claimed to only go through with the interview to meet her in person. It was a kind of creepy and gross moment that we’re sure will fuel her determination to prove herself.
