According to Troy Aikman, he could see a circumstance in 2023 where that is a very real possibility, and he wouldn’t rule out Brady playing for the team he is going to become a part-owner of. The Dallas Cowboys icon said, “I don’t want to speak for Tom, but I wouldn’t rule anything out.”

Aikman’s justification is straightforward; he claims that due to Brady’s dedication to fitness and his positive relationship with head coach Josh McDaniels, he could see it all coming to pass. Brady possessing a stake in the team would also not hurt the prospects.

Nothing is off the table in terms of what might happen during the season or what Tom’s role would be, according to Aikman’s prediction. “I would bet that just nothing is off the table,” Aikman said, “as far as what may occur during the season or what Tom’s role may be.”

However, the Raiders already have Jimmy Garoppolo under contract for a sizable sum, and Aikman stated he is convinced Brady is “done playing.” “But,” the Hall of Famer continued, “you just never know.”

    Aaron Rodgers

Aikman also discussed Aaron Rodgers‘ relocation to New York with us, saying that he believes the quarterback will benefit greatly from the change of scenery from Green Bay.

Additionally, he expressed excitement about having the opportunity to broadcast Rodgers’ first-ever game as a Jet when New York hosts Buffalo in the NFL’s inaugural “Monday Night Football” game in September. “Every network wanted that game, every network wanted Aaron Rodgers,” he said. “We got him right out of the box.”

It certainly would be strange to see Brady in black and silver, but it does feel like anything is possible. He has been in and out so many times that seeing him come back for one more year wouldn’t feel odd.

What do you think? Would you be interested in seeing Tom Brady return for one more year and what would it be like to see him on the Raiders? Let us know in the comments below.
