Reports indicated that the pair fell out following Brady’s decision to come out of retirement. This was primarily on the basis that Brady had allegedly promised Gisele to spend more time with the children.
And given that he is 42-years-old, coupled with the fact that he does not have anything left to prove in the sport, that has naturally created some tension. With that being said, Brady wanted to let everyone know the importance of his family.
In his comments, he said: “Football and family has always been the most important thing to me so it’s a good time of year.” Nevertheless, there are worries that his passion for football could ultimately come at the expense of his marriage.
As of now, it is too early to tell what the case may be, but if Brady is not going to compromise, Gisele will have to ask herself some serious questions. Does she want to hang around in the hope that Brady changes his mind, or even worse, risk the possibility that something serious could happen on the NFL field?
After all, it is a brutal sport that is not for the faint-hearted. Despite worries over what could happen, Brady once again let everybody know his commitment towards his children.
His following comments confirmed as much: “I’m finding peace in other ways of life and just loving the time with my kids – [they] are getting a little bit older.” The fans on social media were not too happy with what Brady had to say.
A certain subset of people were of the view that he needed to hang up his boots since he was not getting any younger and focus on his family. One person wrote: “I legitimately did not know Tom Brady still played football. the man needs to call it a day, i am so serious.”
