TLC sMothered Spoilers is asking if you have a friend or a family member that you do everything with? Do you go on dates together? Do you take baths together? Do you wash each other’s hair in the shower? No. Do these things seem a little odd to you? They don’t for the new cast of sMothered. This is the second season of the hit TLC show. The show features some mother-daughter pairs who are attached at the hip. The new season brings us some new pairs and we are excited about the season premiere. In a recent Youtube video, Gabrielle Elizabeth Marie: Reality TV Reviews sat down with Daniel Babis from Daily Soap Dish to discuss the newest season of sMothered. Here’s what you need to know.

How close it too close when it comes to mothers and daughters? Some say that this is a bond that can never be too close. sMothered follows some mothers and daughters in their everyday lives to show just how close they are. The bonds that they have are undeniable and a bit creepy, if you ask us.
TLC sMothered Spoilers: Attachment Issues
The first pair that we will meet in Mari, who is 55, and her daughter Brittani who is 19. These two take their bond to the next level, that’s right, they shower together and not in their bikinis. They are 100% naked together, every shower. Let that roll around in your head a little bit. Frank, Mari’s husband and Brittani’s father, is not cool with their tight bond. Mari has even said, “Frank always gets in the middle of everything!”
Marcia, who is 68, and Alena, who is 21 love role playing. Yes, role playing. These two still play tag and Marcia likes to pretend like she’s a puppy and lick Alena every morning to wake her up. When they play tag and if Alena wins, she kisses her mom all over. “When I catch my momma, I do all my kissipoos. She’s very kissable!” Even though Alena was adopted from Siberia, she thinks that she and Marcia are very similar. “We have the same eye color, it’s crazy how much we’re alike!”
We understand that it’s important to save on water, but taking a bath together draws the line. This doesn’t stop Sunhe and Angelica. They have been sharing bath water since Angelica was a tiny girl. Sunhe has been a single mom since Angelica was 6-months old. Angelica is a mom pleaser, but doesn’t want to share her with anyone else.
Kathy and Christina are so close that they live only five houses apart. Kathy can actually see straight into her daughter’s house and that puts her at ease most days when she has things to do at home. Christina’s husband does not like this arrangement, but he knows that they are close. The couple wants to renovate their home and Kathy insists that they live with her during the renovation. There is another daughter though, Carly. She constantly feels left out and like she’s not even part of the family.
Lori and Sarah are another pair that has an extremely close bond. Lori still has all of Sarah’s baby teeth. When Sarah goes out with Miguel, Lori has to go with her. This can get a little uncomfortable for him, but Sarah thinks that he needs to know how strong her bond is with her mother. This season is going to be one for the books!
