When Sister Wives cast member, Christine Brown announced that she was leaving Kody Brown and her plural marriage, fans were shocked. They were married for 26 years and she made the announcement almost a year ago. She always wanted to be in a plural marriage and thought it was the right thing for her. Being in a plural marriage changed her mind on that really quickly.
Sister Wives: Christine’s Happiness is Renewed
From anyone that has seen the way Christine looks these days, she is happier than ever! Her fans have praised her for leaving Kody and now she is ready to tell all! In a recent interview with People Magazine, she shared what is next for her and why she left Kody. She told fans, “I get to live life for me. My whole world has changed, and every single cell in my body is happier.”
Sister Wives: Will Christine Brown Get Back Into Dating?
She went on about her marriage, “I started thinking maybe this isn’t working for me. And then I stopped believing in polygamy. I realized I didn’t really want to live it anymore. I didn’t like sharing a husband or feeling like I wasn’t important.” Christine packed up everything and moved back to Utah, she added, “We got here and that night when I went to bed, I realized I was home. It was just like that. And I got to start over again and it was exciting and it was new and so scary because I had no idea what to expect, but I was so excited. I remember feeling hope for the first time in a long time because I just got to take my life by my own and go. It was wonderful.”
With Truely being the only child that still is at home, Christine has pointed out that they will pick a destination and go on adventures together. They are living their best lives these days and Christine is thrilled to get the chance to start over. When it comes to dating, Christine said, “I would love to date. Love the idea of the end having a romantic partner. But I talked to Truely about it the other day and she’s like, ‘Mom, I really like our life how it is now’. Down the road. I’m just going to let fate take care of that one.”
Christine leaving will be one of the main storylines on this season of Sister Wives and it premieres on TLC on September 11 at 10 p.m. EST.
