TLC Sister Wives spoilers is in its new season and we have seen some intense drama coming our way. Kody Brown has been talking a lot lately about his children and polygamy. As you know, the Brown family is a huge advocate for multiple wives and the practice of polygamy as their religion suggests. Considering that the practice is illegal in all fifty states, Kody has shared his opinions about how his children may not practice polygamy.

Kody Brown has been very open about what he expects from his children polygamy isn’t part of it. “I really just don’t expect any of my children to be in a plural marriage. But I don’t know. That’s up to them to decide. I felt a definite calling to it. So did my wives. But we were in a different place than our children are now.”
TLC Sister Wives Spoilers: Are the Older Children Practicing Polygamy?
Fans of the show had started to question whether or not the children would practice polygamy when we first met Aspyn Brown and her husband, Mitch Thompson. His family also practices polygamy and we soon found out that they would not be interested in that lifestyle. Aspyn spoke out on an episode of Sister Wives saying, “I don’t want to do plural marriage. I kind of feel bad that none of us want to, but it was just not what we were meant to do I guess.” She is not the only child to speak up about plural marriage though.
Mariah Brown, who is Meri Brown’s daughter, spoke about plural marriage too. She said, “I think I’ve just grown a lot over the past few years and taken a step back and maybe thought more about what I want and how I want my life to turn out.” The children think that it isn’t the lifestyle for them, but none of them have ever said anything ill of the topic. They have mentioned that it is not easy and this is only one of the reasons that they don’t want to practice polygamy. The Brown family loves all of their children and are happy that they are making these decisions on their own.
