TLC I am Jazz Spoilers: Jazz’s Recent Gender-Confirmation Procedure
Jazz Jennings became very popular on the TLC show, I am Jazz, when we met her six seasons ago. In 2018, she had her first procedure and has been a huge advocate for trans-rights and the trans-community. She spoke about her life and her show, “I think by sharing my surgery experience, people can really see that I’m just a normal girl living my life wanting to go through with this because this is my choice.”
TLC I am Jazz Spoilers: New Season
Jazz has helped others raise money for their surgeries as well. Her friend Noelle Jaclyn wanted to have a gender-confirmation procedure and Jazz helped to raise all of the necessary funds for it. She raised a total of $15,000 by putting on a charity drag show. This is only one of the many amazing things that Jazz does for the trans-community.
Along with showcasing what she does for the community, this season will show Jazz having to make some other big decisions. One of these is making the choice on where she wants to go to college. The two choicest that she has are between Harvard University or Pomona College in California. Pomona is much further away than Harvard because her family is on the East Coast. Her mother tells us that she is “too unstable to be that far from home.”
The trailer for the new season is filled with a lot of drama and we will see Jazz and her friends all going through it together. We will see her ex- boyfriend at her gender-confirmation surgery and we will see the doctors who are performing her surgery fighting over what needs to be done to Jazz while she is under the knife. Jazz will share with us the stress that she is going through in order to make everything go right with the charity event and with choosing a college to attend. Jazz has a lot of stress on her right now and she may begin to unravel. Stay tuned to the premiere of I am Jazz on TLC on January 28th at 9 p.m. EST.
