TLC ‘Counting On’ spoilers has introduced us to quite the family in the Duggars. Watching them all grow up and have families of their own is very, very interesting. One of the Duggars, Jessa Duggar, cannot stay out of the spotlight lately and once again, she is being slammed on social media. This time it’s for an activity that she was doing with her children to keep them entertained. We have the story about what happened and what fans are saying to her.

Any parent can tell you that it has been very tough to keep children entertained and motivated during this crazy time. Jessa is one of those parents and she decided to show off an activity that she found for her children to do. She posted a video of Henry and Spurgeon and captioned it, “Singing and popcorn stringing.” The video showed them making popcorn necklaces together. Jessa thought it was quite fun and so did the kids. Fans did not see it that way though.

TLC ‘Counting On’ Spoilers: The Duggars – Jessa Slammed on Social Media
One fan wrote, “Uhm, needles and little kids?” Another wrote, “I’d be so nervous to give my kids needles! LOL, you’re a brave mama.” Then one chimed in with, “Cross stitch needles are not that sharp. When they sting themselves, they know that hurt, so they won’t do it again. Or maybe they will.” The needles weren’t the only thing that was concerning to some fans. One fan wrote, “Popcorn around a baby? Geeesh!”
This is not the first time in the last couple of weeks that Jessa has found herself getting slammed on social media. Her husband Ben Sewald was seen playing with the kids and then they were playing around a water table. Ben got slammed for being a bad father and Jessa had to deal with that too. Her followers posted that she should be bathing her kids right now instead of letting them get all gross and dirty. Let’s hope that they got a nice, long bath after playing with the water table.
With all of this criticism coming from fans, Jessa and Ben have both been silent when it comes to the posts on Instagram. Clearly, Jessa has other things to worry about, such as staying healthy and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jessa and Ben have refused to go anywhere since this all started and even though the kids want to see their grandparents, they have not gone to see them yet.
