TLC ‘Counting On’ spoilers has introduced us to the Duggar family. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have raised many children and now they are all grown up and having children of their own. Derick Dillard, husband to Jill Duggar, has been shunned from the Duggar family for his open and honest opinions about their religion and their views. He and Jill have been posting quite a bit on social media and they have been throwing shade at the rest of the Duggar family. We have the inside scoop on what happened.

Derick recently did an interview to talk about his life with Jill and what is happening with their family. What he said really surprised fans of the show. “We weren’t even allowed to be the first ones to announce our own life events-our marriage, expecting our baby, our genders of our children, our births-not by our own choice. If I had to do it all over again, I would’ve announced myself when we were expecting and things like that, even if I would’ve gotten in trouble. ”

He also spoke up about the family business and filming the show. “Your family relationships are affected to this extent that you are on board with the family business.” Derick wanted to speak out more about the Duggars and the misconceptions that fans of the show have of them. He also briefly touched on the idea that he and Jill were forced, against their will, to film the show. Derick has opened up before that when the show first began, Jim Bob was pocketing the checks and the children never even knew that they were getting paid.
“There’s definitely been some ups and downs over the past several years, but we’ve been seeing a licensed counselor, which has helped a lot. God has answered our prayers and has used this to help us work through the pain and stress and grow closer together as a couple.” According to the rumor mill, the Duggars have been very uptight about the tell-all book that Derick is currently writing. If it all goes well, fans of the show will be able to read this book sooner than later.
