Jana Duggar is the oldest child in the Duggar family and at 30 years old, has yet to meet a man that she wants to marry. Her father, Jim Bob Duggar, has set her up on chaperoned dates, but she never feels anything from those possible suitors. Many people think it could be because she is gay. In fact, one former employee for the Duggars is making claims that Jana has shown interest in the same sex before.

With a family like the Duggars, there has to be a lot of stress on the children. Most of them have all gotten married and started families of their own. According to them, not having a family is just one of the ways to show disobedience to their family and to God. So what is Jana doing with her life? Clearly, there is nothing wrong with waiting to get married later in life, but this is something that is unusual for this family.

The family insider has said that Jim Bob does not like the fact that Jana is still single, but he has to be open with what she does in her own life. This former family employee also said, “Jana, I feel sorry for her. She’s gay, and she just doesn’t know how she’s gonna admit that she’s gay, but she’s in love with her best friend.” The best friend in question is Laura DeMasie. They have been friends for many years and the rumors have been all over social media. Jana has denied all of them, but the rumors just keep on building.
DeMasie did move to Georgia to work on her career and there is a lot of speculation that Jim Bob actually asked her to leave Jana alone. None of this has been proven yet, but the rumors just keep growing and growing. Until Jana actually answers to these rumors, we will wait and see what happens next for her. If she is still trying to find the perfect partner, we hope that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will do their best to accept their oldest daughter for whomever she chooses. Not everyone in family has to be the perfect child and we hope that they can just put her happiness first.
