TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’ spoilers finds that things have been very tense with Jihoon Lee and Deavan Clegg. Ever since she got back to Utah, things have been odd and although she told everyone she was there for work and family things, she is staying because of the allegations against Jihoon.
She is claiming that he abused Drascilla while they were in South Korea and if he is found guilty, he could serve up to ten years in prison!

Deavan is very popular on social media and she uses it to her advantage whenever possible. She has spoken out about Jihoon and when she mentioned the child abuse allegations, her followers got fired up quickly! If Deavan can show proof of this child abuse, Jihoon could get in some serious trouble in South Korea.

Child abuse is not taking lightly in South Korea. The laws there state that there is a minimum of five years in prison for child abuse and the maximum sentence for child abuse is ten years. This all depends on if Deavan decides to follow through with the charges or not. She could make a request for extradition for Jihoon to be charged according to the law in America.
There seem to be a lot of ins and outs of the laws since he is in South Korea and it happened there. If there is any sexual abuse that is proven, he would be in prison for life in South Korea. We still have not heard the exact charges that Deavan is filling, but when it all comes out, we will know.
The couple will not be on the Tell-All and TLC apparently helped Deavan get back to the states because of what was going on with Jihoon and Deavan.
They don’t want her anywhere near him with these allegations and they did end up uninviting the couple because of these charges. The network has not released a statement about these allegations as of yet, but when the charges are filed, hopefully they will speak out about everything.
We cannot be sure what will happen next with Jihoon and Deavan, but we can all keep up with their social media accounts and see how things unravel.
Deavan has started the divorce process and it seems that Jihoon won’t sign the papers or they would be one step closer to being divorced and they can both move on with their lives. Many of Deavan’s followers do support her in this and we hope that things calm down soon.
