By using a translator, the couple fought about Jihoon’s lies about working and Deavan’s expectations for him and taking care of their family. She said to cameras, “Jihoon admitting that he’s not financially ready for us to come to Korea is devastating because he told me everything was fine. As we have been following Deavan on social media and YouTube, we have seen her back in Utah, but she continues to tell her fans that she is home to “take care of unfinished business and keep watching the show.” We saw Jihoon and Deavan discussing their future and what he is going to do about money and taking care of his family. He told her, “I was very selfish.” He also told Deavan that he likes to rest and that is why he has never gotten a full time job. Don’t we all love a good nap, but let’s be for real…Naps are few and far between when you have a family and you’re an adult. What is he thinking?

Jihoon spoke more about why he thinks he can’t get a good job, “I never went to a good university, and it’s not like I had any marketable skills. I decided to work part-time as a delivery man because I can rest when I want to rest.” Deavan was not happy about this response and told him, “I don’t think I want to be together anymore after this.”
Deavan shared in a confessional, “It feels absolutely like s**t that he tricked me. I don’t know what I’m going to do right now. And I just really need some time away from Jihoon to figure out whether I’m going to stay with him or if I’m going back to America and leave him.” The show ended with her taking her things and walking away from him.
