TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that for the longest time Anny Springs on the show has been a bit of a prima donna. She was clearly misled about what tax bracket that fiance Robert Springs belonged in and thought that he would be buying her designer labels and flexing hard as he did in the Dominican Republic and they would bling themselves right into the sunset all happily ever after. The impression that she has given so far has been that of a rather spoiled princess type with unrealistic expectations. But maybe we have been reading Anny a bit wrongly because when she was with Robert’s sister, Robin, she was actually kind of relatable.

Robin seemed to know exactly what to say to Anny to quell her inner spoiled brat, and she did it in a way that did not make Anny defensive and didn’t make her into a horrible person. She was actually really gentle and understanding with Anny – okay maybe not at first. She did haul off and tell Anny right off the bat that Robert was poor and maybe that wasn’t such a cool move. But the fact of the matter is that Anny is blunt too, and maybe she appreciated that bluntness on some level because it let her know exactly where she stood. That there was going to be no designer wedding dress.

When they went dress shopping the bond really formed. It looks like Anny and Robin are indeed cut from the same cloth on some level. She told Anny right off the bat that the first dress wasn’t all that becoming of her and that maybe if it came in her size she would feel differently. While some would consider that blunt most would consider that kind. And when they did find the dress of Anny’s dreams, Robin stepped into that sister role in the most beautiful way.
TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Robin Empathized With Anny
We found out that Anny doesn’t have her Mother, that her Mother is unfortunately deceased, but that she does have sisters back home and that she was upset about not being able to share this moment with them, as any woman would be. Robin was such a great support system for Anny to have during this moment. She told her that her Mom could see her from heaven and sympathized about not being able to share the moment with the rest of her family. It moved Anny so much that she shed a few happy tears.

I think Anny needs a few more people, besides Robert, that truly understand her in her life. Sometimes you just need to meet a kindred spirit in order to truly blossom as a person. In the shop I did not see the spoiled Anny that we have come to know, I saw a girl that just wanted to be happy to get married and she just wanted someone next to her to share in the experience. I look forward to having more of Robin around, while I’m still on the fence about whether or not Anny and Robert will actually work out I think Anny may have found a lifelong friend in Robin. But we’ll see. Next week it looks like she is in for another round of interrogations. Stay tuned!!!
